What is the best way to find what I want to buy?

There are multiple ways to locate items on the site.

  • Use the left navigation menus to browse to the product you are looking for.
  • Enter the product number in the shopping cart. No need to search for the item.
  • Use the search link to enter a product number or name. If you only know part of the item name or number, use wildcards including an asterisk (*) or question mark (?) at the end of the search entry

    • How are product disounts calculated?

    From time to time we will offer sale prices and multiple product discounts. All discounts are calculated on a cascading basis. For example, if we offer a 10% sale price and then an additional volume discount of 5%, this is equal to a 14.5% discount. This is calculated as $1000 less 10% = $900. Then take $900 less 5% = $855.00.
    What payment options do I have?

    All payments are by credit card only.

    What do I do if I need assistance?

    If you need assistance, please contact customer support. The address and telephone number are listed on the "Contact Us" link on the left side menu or at Support link at the top of this page.
    How do I delete an address I no longer use?

    Sorry you can't. However, you may change any address at any time. Contact customer support if you need to delete any addresses.
    How long will my shopping cart be saved?

    You may enter items in your shopping cart and save that cart for approximately 1 day. If a cart has had no activity during this time, it will be automatically deleted from the system.
    When will my order be shipped?

    Your order will usually ship within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or late Friday afternoon will ship on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
    Who pays duty and taxes on export orders?

    Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees are paid by you the consignee. Unless you specify otherwise, we will use our UPS designated broker. If you would like us to use a different broker, please enter the name of the broker in the Special Instructions & Notes on the Order Preview page immediately before placing the order.
